Let me teach you how to work with labor. Breath-work. Head-drop. Toilet-breath. After years as a birth doula and midwife assistant I have a new approach to prepping you for labor. Positioning and posture are still important. However, most important is your mindset and dedication to practicing that mindset before and during your labor regardless of what environment you arrive in. Standard Package for first time moms:

3, 2-hour prenatal sessions

Second and beyond time moms:

Choose between 2 prenatal sessions and 2 postpartum sessions or 3 prenatal and 1 postpartum session.

3, 2-hour prenatal sessions jam packed with everything you need to know for labor, delivery and breastfeeding. Tailored to meet your needs. This is an education only package, no doula support in labor & delivery. You learn and practice what you need before labor, including Spinning Babies, writing a birth preference plan, partner support and much more.

Private childbirth education class. One-on-one in your home. Class is scheduled and arranged in chunks to meet your work schedule needs.

Online/virtual support:

Schedule 30 minutes, 45 minutes or a full hour of virtual support with me! Ask all your questions, share your concerns, get resources/referrals. Some ways clients use this option:

prenatal touch up education

postpartum support, questions/concerns

breastfeeding consult with basic questions and concerns, i.e. pump schedule
